   Returns Policy:

You can return an item for any reason within the first 30 days after you have received the product. We do not charge a restocking fee on any returns within this 30 days so long as the product is returned in the following manner: All returned or exchanged items must be in their original box and include packing material, manuals and all accessories. If you are returning the item because it was damaged in transit, we’ll gladly exchange it or give you a refund for the full amount of the merchandise so long as you contact us within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. If you decide the product does not work for you, but is in good working condition, we will exchange it or give you a full refund less the shipping cost to you. You will also be responsible for returning the product to us. Please give us a call at 516-505-9078 to obtain an Return Authorization Number (RA #) so that we can process your return. We reserve the right to deny a full refund of the purchase price if the product is not returned in this manner.

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order has not been shipped. Typically, most orders are filled and shipped within 24 to 48 hours from the time they are received. The Customer Service desk can inform you of the status of your order and advise you whether or not the order can be cancelled for a full refund. Once an item is shipped the terms of our Returns policy will take effect. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on any cancelled orders.

Refund Policy:

After purchase, software is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, just send e-mail to sales@sbasys.net or call our orders department at 516-505-9078 within 30 days of purchasing a license.

Services such as e-mail, web hosting are paid for on a monthly basis. Refunds on these services will be limited to the un-used months remaining on the contract less 20%.

There are no refunds on Web Development services due to the fact that the product is customized and delivered after the work is done.

Privacy Policy:

We store all user information in secure databases protected via a variety of access controls. This data is accessed only for the purposes specified in this privacy statement.

We do not share personally identifiable data with other companies except as necessary to fulfill a transaction you have requested, or unless you otherwise give us permission to do so.

Delivery Method:
